As a critical component for initial basic sampling in continuous emission monitoring systems, this product features resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, self-regulating trace heating for pipelines, strong anti-interference capability, and ease of computerization of information. The heated pipeline is a component of the online monitoring system (extractive type), aimed at maintaining a certain temperature range during the extraction process to prevent condensation, which could alter gas composition and cause deviations in analytical measurements. It consists of a core made of a set of corrosion-resistant high-performance resin conduits, supplemented by self-regulating heating tapes and compensation cables, with an insulation layer and an outer protective jacket of flame-retardant polyethylene. The heating tape function ensures that the sampling tube maintains a specific temperature, thereby尽可能 ensuring that the collected samples remain consistent with the initial values, guaranteeing the continuous operation of environmental monitoring systems.
